Healthspan was founded in response to a deeply personal health crisis that Daniel, our founder, faced when his wife, Dr. Elana Miller, had a lymphoma relapse. After her stem cell transplant, their search for physicians well-versed in cutting-edge metabolic oncology and mTOR inhibition research exposed the stark reality: these treatments were scarcely available, and when they were, the cost was exorbitant.

Our Story
THE BIG MOMENT
In our pursuit of optimal care for Elana, we discovered the exorbitant membership fee of one well-known longevity doctor—a staggering $120,000 per year. It was at this point we realized that if this standard of care was not readily available, we had the obligation to create it ourselves.
Year One
We’re here for the long haul.
As you start your care journey we’ll be learning about your body, your health history, goals, and how your body reacts on a micro-scale to certain medications. As our patient you’ll be learning about the different types of care we can provide you, the science behind what you’re putting in your body, and how your lifestyle can become part of a holistic routine for healthy aging.
Year Five
By now we’ll have created a steady, long-term care plan that helps you work towards your most optimized health. Science and research have already advanced so much since we started that in a couple years there will be even more treatments and options in our care plans.
Year Ten
With our extremely detailed picture of your health journey we will have the insights to pivot and continue positive progress as your health goals and body changes with age.
Onward
Our goal, the extension of patients' healthspan, means a longer time spent in the best possible health, which looks different for every patient. With good care, a little luck, and the many advances to be made in the future, you’ll be actively engaging with life for many more years.
